Mama Strut may be covered by your insurance plan. We’ve worked hard to educate the healthcare system about the need for postpartum support and have built partnerships so mamas can get their brace through insurance

Insurance Coverage Check

We have temporarily paused the insurance eligibility & coverage check program. As a result of the immense volume of submissions received, we are actively working on implementing a system that will allow us to support more moms and run eligibility checks for a greater range of policies. We very much appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Get Covered

Our items are still reimbursable by most insurance policies! Ask your insurance provider if they will reimburse you for your pregnancy and postpartum items. You can ask directly about the Mama Strut with code L8310. 

If they do, you’ll then submit your order invoice + signed prescription from your doc to your insurance and they’ll reimburse you directly.

• If your plan is not covered by one of our partners, contact your insurance provider directly and ask if they reimburse for code L8310 – If they do, ask what forms they require you to submit for reimbursement…at the very least, they’ll need a prescription and an invoice.
  
  • Order your Mama Strut from our shop page. You’ll receive an invoice with your order.
  • Your invoice, along with the completed Rx from your doctor/medical provider (and any other necessary forms!), should be submitted directly to your insurance provider.
