As a Certified Nurse Midwife Practitioner, I was excited to discover Mama Strut as a resource for patients. Many women are unaware of the diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and physiologic discomforts that occur during and after pregnancy. Once these become an issue, women need physical support.
